Nadim Dada

Nadim Dada is VP of Content Acquisition & Programming at STARZPLAY (www.starzplay.com), the subscription video on demand service that streams to 21 countries across the Middle East and North Africa. He leads the programming and content curation aspect of the business, and establishes solid relationships with Hollywood studios to ensure a consistent flow of studio and independent content.

Nadim also leads the acquisition efforts on both Arabic and Turkish side of content, to ensure a strong local flavour to the STARZPLAY platform.

Nadim has more than 13 years’ experience in the media sector where his roles have spanned technical, operational and programming functions at broadcast and OTT companies operating across the MENA region. He started his professional career with Orbit Communications which subsequently merged with Showtime, now OSN, where he held a number of positions across both Programming and Acquisitions departments.
